Cannabis infused coconut milk or milk substitute is ideal because, like butter or oil, it can be used as an ingredient in other recipes. In addition, you can also combine cannabis infused milk with an Earl Grey Black Tea, such as our exclusive London Eye tea.

Whether you prefer regular milk or milk substitutes like coconut milk, this recipe can be used with the milk substitute of your choice.

Regular milk will most likely yield better results because of the high fat content.  This is because fat is extremely effective at absorbing the cannabinoids, THC and CBD.

Let’s get started, shall we?

What you will need

  • Coconut Milk or Milk Substitute (1 cup)
  • Cannabis (7 grams, decarboxylated)
  • Double Boiler
  • Mesh Strainer
  • Cheesecloth
  • Measuring Cup

Optional Ingredients

The Process

Set up your double boiler and bring the water to a simmer.

Next, add your buds and milk in the top of the boiler and cook for 30 minutes and stir occasionally.

Following completion of these steps, simply line the strainer with cheesecloth and strain the coconut milk into a cup.

Use

Now you have your infused milk and can use it as you please; whether that be to combine with an Earl Grey Black Tea to create a London Fog, or to use as an ingredient in another recipe.

Storage

Place in a clean, sealed jar and store in the fridge.  The expiration date is rather short, so it is best to use within 4 days
